Since I’ve written on this blog. I’ve just gotten into One Piece again and, wow, it’s taken over! I think I might combine One Piece and Naruto to this blog soon. It is a “manga partay” afterall ba dum chi!
At least, I think I do. This just came to me literally seconds ago. Sasori hates waiting because he waited for his parents when he was younger, but they never came home. I think, due to that, he was tired of waiting and holding out hope that they’d come home to him. So then, that developed his habit of not liking to wait or make others wait since he doesn’t like waiting himself.
I freaking love Akatsuki.
Jiraiya and Naruto have got to be the funniest duo next to Kakashi and Gai. I love watching their funny moments, which I did several times just now. It’s like a good song (or really bad pop song) that sticks in your head all day long. Instead, for me, it’s anime scenes.
From Naruto episode 53, here’s part one of Jiraiya and Naruto’s funny moments.
I wonder if Jiraiya was really surprised when shurikens were thrown at him. It seems too exaggerated a movement for a Sannin. But then again, it’s hilarious when he does it and it’s just part of his character!
Jiraiya’s double… plus the frog plushie he used before to get Naruto to pay for his ramen meal! hahaha
This scene always makes me crack up. The sound effects during the scene in the anime makes it better! I just gotta share this little spat between Naruto and Kankuro before Lee and Gaara’s battle in the Chuunin Exams.
I had to add this image because I seriously think Naruto’s facial expressions are hilarious and this just fits with his words.
hehehe You tell him, Naruto!
Wow, I just caught up with Naruto Chapter 642, and there’s so much juicy information in this chapter that I just gotta write about it!
First up is the scene where the Second Hokage (can never remember his name… just his tiger-like face) mentions to Minato that his arm isn’t growing back, even in Edo Tensei mode. Then, Obito explains it’s that special jitsu that turns all ninjitsu into nothing.
Then there’s the part where Naruto looks like an idiot… Kisimoto always finds a way to add Naruto’s stupidity and show off attitude somewhere, even in a serious situation.
LOL @ Sasuke’s face! Brilliant! Looks like he’s not totally emotionless or stone faced. There’s still some of their friendship and bond showing.
And then there’s the moments between Obito and Minato…
So Obito wanted to be Hokage, but after Madara, he wanted to be something more. Is this really all because of Rin? I know that obsession can push people to the edge, but I also know that deep love can move people to do something for their loved ones after they passed away or something. Obito is very troubled.
Minato’s regret… I’m not really sure if he is to blame for all that happened. The shinobi world was already in ruins for decades. I also don’t think Obito could’ve been stopped by Minato or persuaded by him. I think when Obito attacked Konoha, it was already too late. He was already grown up and he was with Madara for ages. I think he was too brainwashed already, even if he said that Minato was too late. He also couldn’t have prevented Obito from taking the Kyuubi from Kushina; everything happened too fast and there was no way for Minato to know that it was Obito (unless you consider recognizing someone from their chakra, but I think Obito hid that if that was the case). Minato was also protecting his family. I think everything Minato did wasn’t a mistake; everything happened for a reason and I think we see that in this chapter, but I’ll mention that later.
Wait, huh? Minato is dumb? I thought he was known for his intelligence! Unless the Second Hokage was talking about Naruto, but earlier, he said that Naruto and his dad were dummies, so my appalled question is still valid!
And here we have Naruto redeeming himself from his earlier “…” moment!
The Second Hokage caught onto Naruto’s plan, too. He must be a very, very skilled shinobi. It still amazes me that some of these characters know how to fight without even being asked or told to do something.
And it’s looks like there’s a ray of hope that Obito will be defeated! Of course, because Naruto is most likely the Child of Prophecy and everyone puts their hope in him, he would be the one to be able to land a hit on Obito with Senjutsu.
It seems like there’s more action now in the war. I’m excited for the next chapter to come out and see how everything progresses.
